How do I find out my ring size?
There are a couple of ways to determine your ring size. The first is to order a ring sizer from me for just $1.00, which allows you to easily find your ring size at home. You can purchase a ring sizer here.
Another option is to go to a local jewelry store in your area and ask them to size you. If you choose this option, have them size all of your fingers so you don't have to go back again and again when you start filling up your fingers with pretty jewels!
How do I order custom jewelry from In the Pines?

Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. In the Pines Jewelry is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of item, except on commissioned items. Commissioned item sales are final unless there is damage during shipment. Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of damaged item(s) and provide pictures of damage. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to return the damaged item(s) to the me in order to receive a refund of the price of the damaged item(s) only. Once received, a refund will be issued to the Buyer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. I am not responsible for any damage to item(s) after receipt by the Buyer.
