Fire painted copper oak leaf earrings

These copper oak leaf earrings were cut and fire-painted by hand. Each pair is completely unique! They feature hypo-allergenic surgical steel ear wires for those of us with metal allergies.
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted at my home studio from raw materials. The stones are carefully selected from master lapidaries. When picking out the stones, I look for cut and color, attempting to find the most vibrant and inspirational elements to add to my work. All of the metals start as wire and sheet metal, that I transform into heirloom pieces of art.
