Royston turquoise earrings
Royston turquoise is mined by the Otteson family in Nevada. If you know me, you know Royston is my favorite! It ranges in color from green to blue and has a golden brown matrix, though this high-grade pair has minimal matrix.
Set in fine and sterling silver and dangling from sterling silver ear wires, these earrings are show stoppers. Simple enough to be worn every day, but sure to be a conversation starter.
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted at my studio from raw materials. The stones are carefully selected from master lapidaries. When picking out the stones, I look for cut and color, attempting to find the most vibrant and inspirational elements to add to my work. All of the metals start as wire and sheet metal, that I transform into heirloom pieces of art.
